Lumbar Myelogram Post Effect

Well, I just had my myelogram done today and it was not bad at all. The needle injection was less painful than the other steroid injections i had for pain. The process was over within less than ONE hour. The hold me back for observation for 3-4 hours. Post effect were minimal to none, just a minor head-aid.

Recommendations: Drink plenty of fluiRAB a day before and after the test, suspend any pain medication for 48-hours. Now I will wait for next week Dr appt for the results and see if they can detect the problem.:)
 
That is great that it went so well for you. Just be careful and take it easy for the next 24 hours and you should be good to go. The key is to rest up and let the hole seal off so please whatever you do, don't do any lifting or cleaning and you should be fine.
