I have a history of 3 lurabar surgeries, from Dec. 2003 - Oct. 2006, an L5-S1 fusion and two decompressions. Back pain has surfaced again with pain after exertion (maybe just 20 min.) and relief when resting. Some pain in legs also, but mostly in my back. Stenosis, do you think?
And also, something new is that for two weeks I've had extreme pain in my left shoulder and arm. There is no strength there, and the pain gets worse as the day goes on. NSAIRAB don't help. This is why I'm up at 2:30 AM. I get no relief from this at all.
Any ideas?
