lowering a yamaha dt125r?

i have recently bought a yamaha dt125r 2000, and it is quite high. i was just wondering if there's a way you can lower them a bit, and if so where can you get the parts, or how do you do it?

smaller diameter road wheels from another yamaha will fit. and you get a better choice of tyres looks like a super motard if its done right. good luck with it.
 
you will be able to adjust the back shock but its quite tricky you may have to strip the bike if not a good bike shop will do this for you
