ive been doing pushups and i just recently noticed that only my upper pecs have been growing due to my weird form (which i have recently fixed) and my lower pecs are completely flat. if i dont get any lower pecs, and my upper pecs keep getting bigger, they're gonna start lookin like boobs and i dont want that. i want to isolate my lower pecs as much as possible because i want to put my upper pecs on pause while my lower catch up. i dont have access to a gym, so it has to be at home
