lower pain on right hand side

Hi there I am 26 and about 2 days ago I started having a constant stabbing pain on my right hand side near my hip joint and then pain went onto my hib and the top of thigh. It was very sore to touch my side and found it difficult to sit as everything felt like it was digging into me, now the pain has passed round and feels like it's on my right kidney apart from now the pain has gone from a constant stabbing to a constant burning. Sitting and walking are very hard and if i take the pressure of my back then my lower part of my stomach hurts. I can't eat and feel sick all day. I cant go to my local doctor as I have just moved abroad and cannot speak to language and cannot explain the pain to them.
Please can someone help me as it feels like it's getting worse :(
 
Could you have physically pulled a muscle in your back and the pain is radiating down your leg ? The stabbing , burning pain sounds like nerve pain. Severe pain can cause a person to be nauseated.

Have you applied any heat arthritic gels or lotions ?
