Lower Left Side Of My Back......

Here we go, like everybody here doesn't either hear or experience this themselves on a near daily basis. Anyways though, about a week, maybe five days now, I have been experiencing like a minor to mild throbbing/aching pain in the lower left side of my back. It is kind of right in the waist line. It seems that I have noticed it the most just recently, more when sitting maybe on this wooden computer chair. Also, this may have something to do with it. I am a waiter/server; therefore, I work on my feet a great part of the time. When I sit in certan position with my torso a certain way, it seems that I can feel the strain more than at other times. Although, after a night of sleep, I wake up and it seems to be either gone or almost gone. Yes, I get a bit paranoid about lots of aches or pains. I am a 42 year old male. :cool:

Can someone here tell me what they "think" this sounRAB like to them....????
