Lower left abdominal pain...I need some educated advice?

For 5 weeks I've been experiencing lower left abdominal pain, in the area of the ovary. The pain is dull, constant and getting worse even with light pressure and it radiates on a larger area (back and leg and left flank included).

I've taken 3 ultrasounds and a pelvic MRI. The left ovary seems to be increasing in size (from 3.2 cm to 3.8 cm to 4.8 cm within 4 weeks). It has small multiple cysts on it (largest has 2 cm).

The pain is constant and upsetting, it does not go away with AINS medication. Only muscle relaxants work (such as tetrazepam). I've taken doxycycline for 7 days and it didn't help.

My bowel movements are normal and haven't changed at all. Pain doesn't seem related to transit. Blood tests show I don't have anemia or diabetes. I have no pain when urinating, although pain slightly increases when the bladder is full or when I have gas in the colon.

I've also done a lumbar spine MRI that showed nothing that could explain pinched nerves causing this pain.

I'm really worried and not sure what this is from. Can it be the ovary? My OBGYN told me it's not so big and shouldn't cause such pain, but my pain does resemble period pain and my ovary is almost reaching 5 cm, when normally it's 2.8 cm.

Is this my ovary, my colon, my ureter? I'm desperate...
Also, ESR is normal, leukocytes normal, with lymphocytes 41% instead of 40%.
