hi everyone ive had back problems for last 2 plus years now I'm 25 at the moment. what happens is one side of my hip comes out to one side which i have been told is called a sweeping effect where the muscles fall in to a safety position. when this happens i get real bad back pain and the muscles in my back get tighter and tighter which then enRAB up effecting my right leg and gets worse if i walk for 2 long. when origanally went to doctors i was told it was back strain then for last 2 years it would happen every 3 months then 6 months ago it happened again but this time its stayed the way it is but only slight sweeping of hip but now the pain is there all the time and i get more pinching pain more then i used 2. the pain radiates frm my lower back into my buttocks and if i walk for 2 long my right leg cramps or there more sweeping of hip and more back pain. after going 2 docs a load of times i decided 2 get private mri and got in contact with a private doctor. heres the report of the mri.

Findings:
The lowermost mobile segment is transitional and described as S1.
At L5-S1 and L4-L5 there is mild disc dehydration and broad shallow disc bulging, associated with mild facet joint hypertrophy, but there is no frank neural compression at these levels.
The other lurabar and visible lower thoracic discs are normally hydrated, with minimal disc bulging, but no disc protrusion. Vertebral alignment is normal, the central spinal canal remain is spacious, and the conus and cauda equina are normal. No foraminal root compression. Minimal bone marrow endplate degenerative changes at L4-L5 but no bone marrow infiltration. Normal lower lurabar prevertebral and paravertebral soft tissues.

ok so the private doctor told me that i just need sum injections within the facet joints and i should be fine, so i went 2 my family doctor and told him what the private doctor said 2 get him 2 send me 2 a specialist but he says my mri says my back is fine. i dnt get it whos right, i knw this much my backs not fine and they both got the same report. what should i do now.

any help or advice is much appreciated and sorry for such long message and poor grammar and spelling.

thanks
