Lower Back Pains Radiate??

Hi, I have pains in my lower back right in the middle above your butt. you may no my story with having my back go out again, Im getting around now, but does anybody have that pain right in the middle of lower back? It is sharp, it will get worse if you twist or tilt your hips. also I also get a pain in the right side of my lower back into the right butt cheek, now tonight its in my left butt cheek. as im laying down if i bend my knees and push down to bring my middle body up off the bed , i get a nasty pain in it.. anybody else get this?
 
My therapist has been working and working trying to get my SI joint lined out...I'll do great and then at work, usually when I bend or squat I can feel the muscle on the right butt "slip" and then it starts to throb...I've been doing my exercises but at work I'm at a loss as to how to get the thing to line up once it starts hurting....what is somatic pelvic dysfunction?
