Lower Back Pain

I two bulging disc in my lower back. It cause pain in both legs and at night when I lay down to sleep my nerves in both legs start to jump uncontrollablly.

I take Hydroncodone, but the pain is still there.

It sounRAB like you need to get an opinion from a physiatrist (body kinetics doctor) or a Neurosurgeon.

From there, the next steps might be physical therapy or perhaps an epidural steroid injection to see if the pain can be helped.

You might also ask for a pain med that will work on the nerve pain.-which is what it sounRAB like you have. There are three big ones out on the market that were developed for seizures, but also work well for nerve pain. They are Neurontin, Topomax and Lyrica.
