Lower back pain

Can somone help me figure out what is wrong?
I have lower back pain that started this morning, I don't feel well in general and have a headache and upset, bloated stomach. The pains in my lower back are in my lower back in my hip area and radiate down the back of my legs.
I don't think I have a kidney infection, it doesn't bother me when I urinate or anything.
Any ideas please?
 
Low back pain is very hard to diagnose even if you go to the doctor. Could be simple muscle spasms or a herniated disc. Could be pain from a different area radiating to the back. I get trapped gas in my colon that causes very sharp back pains. Give it some time and see if it goes away.
