I am having really bad lower back pain on my left side. It is muscle pain, not spinal...or at least I think. By the end of day at work (mostly standing still in one position) I can barely stand and I have shooting cold/hot running up my back. I don't know if I should go to a M.D or a chiropractor. A MD seems like they will useless...and a chiro I don't know? I'm healthy, no prior back problems, I have lifted weights for last 5 years so I have a strong back, I've stretched hard ever since it was getting tight but it hasn't helped much. I don't understand why I am having these issues.
