Lower back pain at site of bone graft

I had surgery to repair a bone cyst in right knee which involved a bone graft from my lower back, posterior iliac crest. Surgery was done in 1986 but for the last couple of years I have had pain that seems to come from the site of the two incisions. The pain is very, very deep and is a dull ache - even being on my feet for twenty minutes will activate the pain and the pain is only relieved by sitting. Additionally, laying down for long perioRAB will activate the pain and even minimal physical activity, such as mowing the lawn, will activate the pain. Thoughts?
 
Have you been back to your ortho to maksr sure that it isn't trouble with your knee again? I owuld check with him first to make sure that there isn't something wrong.
