Hi...I have DDD, severe bilateral foraminal stenosis, as well as grade 2 spondylolisthesis...so I have constant low back pain and sciatica in my right leg. I bought an inversion table (a Teeter Hangups F5000 model) at the beginning of the year and have been using it daily ever since. It's been almost 3 months now, and I believe it is helping. Prior to getting the table, my pain level was an 8/10...currently, it's about a 4/10..sometimes even lower than that. The biggest improvement I have felt, has been with the sciatic pain in my leg...it has lessened considerably. I still have the low back pain, but I am sure that it's due to the spondy and DDD...and since I have no intentions of having surgery, I'll just deal with it. It's not horrible pain, just a dull ache and some tightness/stiffness. I'm very active and exercise daily, so that definitely helps. The more mobile and active I am, the less my back hurts.
Consult with your doctor, to make sure that using an inversion table won't worsen your condition. Everyone is different, and your results may vary...but it seems to be helping me and I will continue to use it daily.
