At my old job, my coworker would mix this powder with water and it would turn blue. She would drink it and she said it gave her the energy to workout at the gym for 2-2.5 hours after a full day's work.
I dont remember what it was called though but perhaps it was protein?
I want to go to the gym and lose 20 pounds this summer including a lot of body fat. Except Im going to be working from roughly 8am-5pm and going to the gym afterwards.
I already have low energy as it is because I have bad eating habits (Im a vegetarian who doesnt like vegetables or fruits or soy or tofu etc
).
Im just wondering if there is anything I can do to boost up my energy so I can actually workout at the gym rather than getting tired within teh first 30 minutes and not be able to do anything.
Are there drinks that can do this without being bad in and of themselves?
