I think I've finally figured out why dieting has been so difficult for me. I know how to cook, but I really don't like to do it three times a day every day. If I could afford a chef there would be no problem lol.
I hate eating the same things everything everyday and it's really hard to stay on a diet when the only things you can think to eat are low cal soups and salads.
Does anyone know of any websites, or books that have very easy to make low calories recipes?
