i wish i knew that answer myself!
ive been in pain all night long, and this is the weekend!
i suffer from ddd and sciatica too..
my jusband gives me a massage evrynight before bedtime, i take hot baths
with epsom salts, take ibeprfin or tylanol for pain..
i know i have to do something more?
but, i dont know what???
