low back pain

hello
there is low back pain from last five months. I chekup from doctor but he said that You r ok you have no any problem.
but i feel the pain in my back pain.
please tell me what is the reason of it.
and what is the treatment of it.

Low back pain can have a lot of causes. If your doctor checked you by various tests such as having you lie down and then raising your legs slowly and you had no searing pain (this is usually a quick little test done to see if there is a herniation in the lower back), and also checked your kidney stones and other kinRAB of problems that cause lower back pain, then it may be that this is from muscle strain, arthritis etc. Treatment depenRAB on what's causing the pain. I am unsure why your doctor simply told you that nothing was wrong and sent you on your way? Were any kinRAB of tests prescribed?

Do you do a lot of lifting and bending over? What kind of mattress do you sleep on? Do you have problems sleeping? Does the pain wake you? Do you have any kinRAB of problems with constipation?
