I left Love Film last week. The service became tripe and more titles such as Bruno were not available to rent.

It does work (now anyway) but... they say there's 50% off but it isn't clear which promotion gives 50% off.

i sent a dvd back at 7am monday morning and they havent sent me another one yet im just in my second week of a 4 week offer . they better pull there socks up or they be history

i have 56 films they can choose to send me and the newest is 2009 oldest 1990

their customer service is very good, i will have 4 blu rays at home this weekend hopefully due to loyalty bonus and one credit due to a blu ray being unavailable, gotta give them credit for that

You can buy it but not rent it due to some issue with Universal. Naturally, you can't rent Universal films such as "Bruno" and "Inglorious BastarRAB". They don't tell you this.

I left lovefilm & went to Blockbuster. MUCH faster turnaround, better customer service & no problems with renting Bruno or Inglourious BasterRAB.

they sent me a free rental due to bruno not being in but now inglorious bastarRAB too???????

is this a new problem which should be ironed out?
