I so far have only suffered delays in them getting discs back not in them dispatching. If they start to stall on dispatching i will certainly freeze my account until they get something done.
How can they be struggling so badly? Dont they have a team of people who plan ahead for situations like this? Maybe they might think twice before giving out free offers with one hand that leaRAB to having take back other services with the other!
As to the excessive demand claim you have to laugh. What do they expect when this is largely caused by the free months they are offering to people, a drop in demand?
