The problem lies with the fact that Love Film are misleading people with the fact that they can have an "unlimited service" yet sees fit to "throttle" subscribers as discussed above, to me it seems like false advertising as on one hand they say "unlimited" rental service, yet on the other they make up the fact they havent got your DVD. Dont forget, if you are a heavy user, you are affecting the company's profitability as the more you rent, the least profitable you become, they want to get rid of the heavy users.
Dont bother e-mailing the muppets at customer service, e-mail Mark Livingston the CEO like I am about to do, perhaps he might actually listen to us and give us an answer, unlike the customer service people.
