Did you ensure your DVRAB were back in the required time? And give them the correct notice period? If they've made a mistake I'm sure they'll refund you, but check carefully the terms and conditions. The site's certainly not a rip-off, I've been using them for a good while.

I have never rented dvRAB from them as i had changed my mind then and i canceld my account, if i want dvRAB i can buy them

I had the same thing. Cancelled account on 26th Oct. They reactivated it on 3rd November so that could take another months money. As the same thing happened to you clearly this is not an isolated thing. This is not clever and it is most probably criminal.
