I need to get this on DVD, asap. It's one of my absolute favorites, gah.
 
I have got to see Something new, Ive been reading some good views on it, and I think Simon is a cutie!

I haven't seen this movie in a long time. One of my fave parts though is the ending where they are on the basketball court and their son is there. SO cute. :D
 
I love this movie!!! I saw Omar Epps for the first time here and plus the part with Monica in Europe was filmed in my country!
 
I agree. What a great movie. Those characters had such chemistry. To bad they never made another one ;(

She really is beautiful, I like when she is dressed up at the dance, she looks really nice.

Brown Sugar was a good movie too.
 
I love this movie. I think Sanaa is so beautiful and I can watch this over and over. This one and Brown Sugar rock. :)

I need to get the DVD now :lol: I love special features especially when they have deleted scenes and a gag reel in them, those are always fun to watch.
 
I love the music they played in the movie too, like when they were at the dance and they are watching each other while they are dancing with their other dates. And their love scene was so cute.
 
Yep, there's a few special features.
A commntary by the writer/dirctor and Sanaa, deleted scenes, blooper reel. audition tapes of Omar and Sanaa, a music video of Dance Tonight (Lucy Pearl) and a few other things.

So quite nice actually! But, now that I'm loking at it make sure youget the Platinum series one if you buy it.
 
Same here........................I've lost count I've seen it so many times. :lol:

I'm a big basketball fan and I love love so this movie was a perfect combo of both.

And OMG the scene you mentioned is my fave as well. It kills me every time! :sigh:
 
Im so happy to see other fans of this movie. Ive watched it so many times, I lost count. I just love the storyline between the two main characters. My favorite part would have to be when they are both playing one on one when she is trying to win his heart and they have that song "You made a fool of me" in the background.

I love movies and it's always hard for me to choose faves in any category. But, this one is definitely up there. I've seen it so many time!
