For me Four Weddings, especially the Funeral scene and the performances of Charlotte Coleman,(a much missed talent IMO), John Hannah and Kristin Scott Thomas.
Four weddings is probably the more worthy and well-made movie. Love Actually is probably the more fun to watch. Notting Hill simply isn't in the league of the other two.
Yeah i remember really liking NH when I saw it at the cinema but the second time I watched it it was so boring. I don't think it's a bad film but the other two stand up to repeated viewings better.
Love Actually was by far and away the best one I think. I loved the bits with Bill Nighy and Gregor Fisher the best. And Emma Thompson crying in the bedroom, then pulling herself together is a fantastic example of how to act.
Notting Hill was seriously hampered - for me - by the presence of Julia Roberts, who I cannot stand at any price.
