Let me rephrase that - It's shrinking.

Yeah, it was 'cos of the unemployment, we didn't have enough industry, so people kept leaving as fast as the came, almost.

There should be a small-ish buffer of industries now before unemployment turns up again. If it does and people just keep adding to the population again, I'll see if I can repeat what I did :dabs:
