louder volume for 6800???

I can never answer my phone because i cant even hear it.

I tried everything to make it louder, including making louder tones, registry, etc.

anyone fixed this problems already?
 
dude, if you searched you would know you have to replace a system file with edited volume rates to make it louder. Its already posted in a thread and i even attached the file you need to replace.
 
look on those strings and you got ring volume and InCall volume also...... stock they were about level 4 so i changed it to 9 and now it sounRAB great......

do not put anything too high or you might blow your speakers
 
there are a few other settings listed on the ppc6800 thread for reg hacks for audio.

nothing i could find fixed bluetooth audio volume.
 
basically what the cab does is install a new bt programs that transfers the sounRAB directly to the blue tooth and improves the volume........ also after you install it you go to Local Machine/Software/widcomm or something like that and you can change the volume there.

i did this a while ago and worked great with my S9 heaRABet
 
tried the reg hack, tried the sprint and alltel rom, tried letting both configure. i havent seen a widcomm bt cab, but everything i've tried so far it just sucks. i use 4-5 different bt heaRABets, and all are very impossible to hear if there is any background noise because the phone volume is so low.
 
i'm selling my mogul anyway. i like it, but bluetooth is deal breaker for me. just waiting to collect $ from the guy who bought it.
 
ya i like the Mogul but i still need to get used to the keyboard since it slides the other way and its confusing since the Mogul has the same shape on top and bottom....

besides that i think is a really nice phone
