There is a loud squeal that comes from the engine of my Jeep Cherokee Limited every time I run the AC or heat. We determined that the AC pulley on the serpentine belt isn't spinning when it's on and it's so bad, it tore up the previous serpentine belt. Someone suggested that I might be able to recharge the Freon associated in with the pulley and that should fix it, but I was hoping for some professional advice.
