lots of symptoms of early pregnancy but negative test - confused?

i had a rather light period 2 weeks ago and at same time began feeling light headed and nauseous. didnt think too much of it at firest but the nausea continues at random - just about every day. in the past week ive had what feels like mild cramping and sore boobs. yesterday i discovered streaks of blood - nothing major but what i imagine could have been implantation bleeding.

i did a test today but it was most certainly negative - granted i couldnt wait til tomorrow morning so did the test as soon as i got back.

what could it be if not preganancy - i was damn near convinced until the test
