I hope someone here can give me some helpful advice. I am a 50 year old male, about 30 lbs overweight and a non-smoker. Until this past April, I have enjoyed excellent health all my life. In April I had a bout of bronchitis. Since then, I have had spells of dizziness and vertigo, shaky hanRAB, fatigue, ringing in my ears, aching muscles especially in the thighs and shoulders, muscle twitching, tingling sensation in my fingers, insomnia, an intermittent low grade fever (feeling too hot) and a decrease in overall stamina. I have also experienced heart palpitations, a movement of my head in rhythm with my heart beat and I have no sense of smell and very limited taste.
In addition to my GP, I have seen a neurologist, a rheumatologist, and ENT, and a cardiologist. I have had an MRI of the head for MS, an ENG test, chest X-Ray and a CTA, all have come back normal. I am scheduled for a stress test this Friday. I have had enough blood drawn to fill a swimming pool and a nuraber of things are out of range. They are as follows (normal ranges are in parenthesis): HDL-26 (>40), total protein-5.5 (6.2-8.3), globulin-1.8 (2.1-3.7), vitamin B1
