I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PHONE LOCK CODE THAT UNLOCKS PHONE TO USE. IT IS SET BY ME, BUT I HAVE FORGOTTEN IT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESET? ITS A SONY ERICCSON Z300a. PLEASE HELP!
 
will they be able to help me unlock it? Do you know approx. what it will cost? Is it even possible? lol Sorry to bother you again, I'm just at a loss....lol Thank you.
 
it shouldn't cost you a thing as long as the phone is your's and the esn is registered to you.

It would probably be easier to take it in....as the rep could call it in and reset it all right then and there.
