Lost Outlook Hotsync After Upgrade...

I have the T3 and just recently upgraded my Palm Desktop to 4.1.4. To my chagrin, I lost the ability to sync with MS Outlook (v2000). In Hotsync Manager (v4.1.0) I can't even see the Outlook conduits, even though I downloaded and installed the new Outlook conduits from PalmOne's website. (http://www.palmone.com/us/support/downloads/outlookupdate2k3.html)

Any suggestions other than uninstalling the Palm Desktop and then going back to the install CD to the previous release? (I tried this but it won't let me install an older version on top of the newer version).

I want the new desktop but I also want to sync to Outlook....

Any suggestions?

Yes, I did download them and as far as I know they are installed (I see them in the registry). However, they do NOT show up in Hotsync Manager....:(

I had some problems too, when I upgraded to T3.
I think, You should first reinstall the Outlook conduit on the CD, which came with the PDA, and then install the upgrade. I believe the upgrade only works, when installed on top of the original conduit.
At least this installation proces worked for me
