Some girl stole my phone at a party and it has been turned off ever since been five days. I was waiting her to turn it on so i can use the "find my phone" feature in the new phone, but i can't use it until she charges it. What are my options now? Call ATT? Would they let me have the same phone for same price or would i have to pay more now? Please help
I had a Samsung Focus and ATT lets u replace the phone for 50 dollars. So it is technically not free but better than paying full price. She lives about 3 hours away from the place of the party? should i contact the local police....
Also, i bought the insurance after it was stolen, but claimed it stolen after i bought the insurance.
