Lost my calendar on the 8100, how do I get it back?

Went to place an entry in my 8100's calendar yesterday and the icon has disappeared from the home screen and can't find the app in the menu or search. Any ideas?

did you accidentally hide it?
hit menu then show all it should be there

let us know that is a strange one... they will probably say to reinstall the OS so make sure you do a backup before hand

That's exactly what was suggested. Off to make a current backup and reinstall. I'll post later with the results.

Update: It worked! And I didn't even lose the previously entered calendar items.
