Yes you have read correctly, there is a new Lost Boys movie out. It is a straight to DVD job & it has been given a pretty good review. But then having both of the Frog Brothers in it, probably helps.

It's better than the second one.

Bearing in mind Corey Haim's cameo role in the previous film, I think they left a specific part open for him but obviously he couldn't do it so they changed the storyline slightly.

According to IMDB trivia - Despite turning down a role in this film, Corey Haim announced he would take part in a fourth installment. But he died before anything could come of the project.

Not sure if this is true or not.

I didn't even dare watch the second one as I wanted to keep my fond memories of the first movie intact. Lost Boys was and still is a great movie. Why oh why do movie makers insist on ruining classic movies with either crap trilogies or shitty remakes?
