Lost all data on Rogue in Denver. Any ideas?

I've had a Rogue for a couple of weeks, working great. Did all settings in Samsung PST, no issues with data Did a PRL update, then later on in the afternoon lost data. Haven't had data (MMS or web) for about 5 days now.

Any suggestions on what could've happened?
 
Redid my flash in QPST and it started working again. Didn't even have to touch Samsung PST. Do PRL updates revert data settings or something? Odd..
