Lost a Good Guy

hello goodbye

Got word this morning in an email that a guy I used to work with, my last year in Ohio, was killed this past Sunday. He was riding his bike and was hit by a guy running a red light. Police are investigating whether texting was the cause. He was 53. I haven't been able to find a copy of the news article. This is the only person I've personnally known that has been killed riding his/her bike. I guess that is why I'm having trouble making sense of it.
Ride safe and be mindful of idiot cagers.

It is a bad deal, sorry for your loss. We participate in a high risk activity. I myself have lost a best friend and two cousins. It may just be the risk that draws us. We that ride are the mountain men and adventurers or yesterday.
