loss of power light on a 1985 dodge 600?

I have a 1985 dodge 600 and when it is real cold out when i start it the loss of power light comes on but it runs fine and when i shut the car off and start it again it goes off anybody no what that light means
 
that light will come on a lot when one needs as tune up or isn't running right,it wil also come on if its real cold outside when you first start one so there may not be nothing wrong with it other than the cold getting to it,all it indicates is that the engine isn't running right and your loosing power,my sister drives a 600 and hers comes on all the time but we know its not in the vehicle its self its just the cold weather and the fact that she needs a tune up,you can have it scanned and pull a code form the computer for whats causing it,if you can find someone wih a obd-1 scanner,good luck.
