Losing weight

I run more than two miles everyday during field hockey season and I run two miles everyday during Crew season. I don't do much other exercise though. But I think I want to lose some muscles, because they're too big for my body. Like I'm really short and my calves bulge because my legs are so muscular.

Honestly, I did look down on fat people for a long time, but mostly just the people that were too lazy to do anything about it and constantly ate junk food and did nothing but play video games. Well there are skinny people who do that too.
 
That still doesnt explain the 20 minutes bullshit. The longer you can run in your target heart range the better. Also, I do understand that rest days are important. But what you said before was simply incorrect.
I think we need just a general fitness forum..
 
Have you ever seen a puffer fish?

I'm serious. That metabolism spites you when it quits. It'll stop the day before thanksgiving, then by new years your butt has a jiggle.
