Losing weight without doing anything? sorta long?

So I'm 5 foot-short for my age and I've always been in a normal weight range. I'm not very slim but I wouldn't say chubby, just right. about two or three months ago I weighed 115 then I started a very restricted diet(not for weight loss) no sugar(no fruit or straight sugar), no dairy, and nothing processed. After about one week with that diet and hardly any exercise I lost 5 lbs and went down to 110. For about a month I stopped the diet and I've been eating healthy as usual with a few splurges. On the earlier diet I was required to eat every 2 hours(or so) so my body's adjusted to that. I've recently(2 weeks ago) had the flu where I hardly ate, but I've made up for that since. I still don't exercise and a couple days ago I weighed myself and was 103, losing 7 more lbs. Usually I would've gained my weight back(from the flu) but I haven't and really all I do is eat and lay/sit around. I know it's not losing THAT much weight....but I've never been able to loose 12 lbs in about 2 months even if I tried.

I'm going through an unknown sickness(for about 3/4 months): dizziness ; fatigue ; hard time concentrating ; paleness ; and just not feeling like I'm really here/out of it.
There used to be more symptoms but since the flu I lost some and others just increased-especially the fatigue/feeling weak and tired. I'm not sure if that has to do with it..

When I lost the 5 lbs I was surprised and the lady said "isn't that what you wanted to do?" I told her "no" and she just said oh confused. One of my friends told me that they thought I looked thinner and my friend(who picks me up off the ground all the time) said I felt light(-er than usual is the sense I got from his shocked reaction)

Like I said I don't think it's THAT big of a deal, but I'm not used to losing weight for no reason while being lazy and eating. Anyways, if you could help me that would be great(: I don't want any of the try eating stuff because I do that...all lot sometimes and I eat fairly healthy with a few treats.
