hey guys i joined a gym like last week and have been going everyday for like 2hrs
and i also booked a personal trainer but they arent till next week i was just wondering if anyone knew like the best equipment to use when trying to lose weight and really tone your belly, its just its the key area im trying to focus on and i just dont want to be wasting my time using equipment that wont do anything for my belly haha any advice would be great
