Losing oil pressure on my 1999 chevy truck. Should i get a new motor for my truck?

What should I do.? My truck has a lot of miles on it, can't afford to buy a new truck right now. it is losing oil pressure sometime like early in the mornings.
When it warms up then it is ok.
What should I do to fix that problem?
