Losing motivation to exercise??? Has this ever happened to you?

yes this happens to me ALL the time. switch up your routines so it doesn't get boring and monotonous. sometimes i'll skip a couple weeks of exercise, and by then, i realize that i'm losing the benefits of working out and that's enough to get me motivated. make sure that exercise isn't the center of your life...it definitely shouldn't be, even though it is important. so, if you miss a few workouts, don't stress.
 
I have no idea what's wrong with me.
these past 2 weeks i feel like i've been slacking on exercise.
I'm still exercising.
but I'm not enjoying it as much as I used too..
I'll be in the middle of exercising. and then I'll say "eh, I worked my abs yesterday, I don't need to do it today"
then I skip it! and I feel terrible and guilty..I'm already in pretty good shape. I just want to look a little more better.
How do I get that motivation to exercise back?
