I'm on a diet, and by diet i mean healthy eating + exercise.. Not cutting meals out etc..
Before i was eating a lot of junk food + doing pretty much no exercise..
Apparently according to my scales, i have lost 3.4 pounds since monday. Is that possible? Or are my scales wrong?
