Lord of the Storms Structure deck? 10 POINTS!?

Hi, I'd like to get Lord of the storms structure deck, is it actually any good? The other cards I'm going to add are, Harpie lady Cyber shield, mirror force, monster reborn, Harpies brother, Harpie queen, raising air current, follow wind and stardust dragon. Are there any other good wind monsters I could add? Also, is there anywhere I can get Harpies pet dragon cheap in UK. Where I can order is online? Or is it only available in the foil version? If there's anything else I can add to make it better that would be great if you could tell me! Also, is there any dueling places to duel other people the same age as me? Like any websites for detail?
