Looking to identify an old animated "variety/sketch" show

Many years ago, as a young child, I was visiting my grandparents in Florida, and was flipping thru the TV channels, and caught some weird sketch show..

I remember two sketches in particular:

one advertising these new "stick-on multi colored limbs"...like, your arm gets chopped off or something, you open up the package, and stick 'em right on.

the other did this weird parody of beauty models, showing this one model with different hairstyles- one, which I'll never forget, with her head in an ice cream cone, with "ice cream" beard and hair

when I said this was really weird, folks, I wasn't makin' this up.

I'm guessing this aired in the REALLY late '80s, or REALLY early '90s. Any ideas?

It was MTV's Liquid Television, which ran from 1991 to 1994. The series marked the 1st TV appearances of Beavis & Butthead and Aeon Flux, both of which were later spun off into their own series' on the network. The sketch you mentioned, Chris Miller's "Lee Press-On Limbs" aired on the very 1st show.
