looking to get a Trek mountain bike... what size?

unfortunately any bike in a "26" frame size does not exist unless it is custom made. for your height you would likely need a 21" frame size or at the smallest a 19" frame would fit you. This does depend on your inseam of course which I would think you have a 31 or 32 and in any case a 21 would work best. To be sure you should stand over one of each. 26" refers to WHEEL size NOT frame Size!

Possibly a 26". My husband is 6'2" and can ride mine which is 26".

The bike shop will help you with the fitting. Should be around 19-20 inch frame.
