Looking to buy a used car either Honda or Passat?

I really like the passat look quality sound leather seats I am big on that stuff but I am nervous about it being dependable because I have to buy one with around 80,000 miles on it. The hondas civics and accords dont have the options I want and are the same price for 100,000 miles or more. I can't figure out what to do because I really want the options of the passat and looks but the dependability of the honda. I cant imagine buying a car for 8,000 with 100,000 miles on it even if it is a honda.
 
are you sure you cant find a honda for 8k with leather? i would think they would be very easy to find, inless your looking at a special year. maybe also try a toyota camry if you like the accord? or nissan as well. i would say take the honda though, you never know what could happen with your v-dub.
