Looking for WM6 w/HSDPA

I'd like to buy something within the next two weeks, so I need to find out what's available. I know some of the older phones can be upgraded to WM6, and I might consider those, but mostly looking for new phones that are out or shipping very soon. Thanks for all suggestions.
 
I was thinking about the Palm750, because it can be upgraded, but I hate the small screen size compared to everything else which is 240x320 minimum. The BlackJack looks like it would work, but can it be upgraded to WM6? I'm also concerned that battery life will suffer.
