If I read this right you want to make a photo-blanket using a blanket and family photos?
If you have a printer, they sell 8 by 11 sheets of iron-on paper for such projects (I did shirts for my hubby last year in this manner and they last through numerous washings, and all you have to do is print out pictures onto the iron on sheets, then iron them on to whatever you want them on)
remember to look at blanket tags, to insure that you can iron the blanket or material
