Looking for title, author of 80's or 90's children's book?

I cannot remember the actual story of the book. All I can remember is that it had an ornate border around each page, and there's a little hedgehog or hedgehog family in the border. The pictures narrate something totally different from the text. It shows the hedgehog(s) in the home, and it's winter time I think!

Sound familiar to anyone?
